Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- Manage, supervise and train Retail Sales Agents.
- Implement sales initiatives within the Agency sales team.
- Achieve business targets in terms of volumes (NOP), market share and profits across all business segments.
- Maintain and manage relationships with clients
Requirements:
- University degree and HND, a postgraduate degree will be an added advantage.
- At least 2 years’ experience in Financial services, FCMG or Telecom industry.
- Must possess a strong combination of sales and relationship management skills.
- Must have excellent presentation skills and must be efficient in using basic computer applications- Microsoft Office suite.
- Must be result-oriented
