Job Summary
We are urgently seeking a Factory General Manager with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and operational oversight to take full responsibility for the daily operations of our manufacturing facility in Ibafo, Ogun State. There must be prior experience in Production & Manufacturing - Factory.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all factory operations including production, logistics, inventory, HR, admin, and R&D.
- Develop and implement processes that improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Manage and motivate teams across multiple departments to meet daily and weekly output targets.
- Track KPIs, monitor performance, and report on operational goals to management.
- Solve bottlenecks, respond to challenges, and ensure the factory runs like a well-oiled machine.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors to support operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements:
- BSc/HND in Engineering, Production Management, Business Admin, or any related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a factory or plant leadership role.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, workforce management, and process optimization.
- Hands-on leadership style – must be present, proactive, and highly organized.
- Excellent communication, people management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and drive accountability at every level.
- Must have prior experience in Production & Manufacturing - Factory
