Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate events, workshops, and community programmes
  • Manage logistics (venues, vendors, facilitators, materials, tech)
  • Support non-lending library operations
  • Track participation, feedback, and budgets
  • Maintain calendars, SOPs, and programme reports


Requirements:

  • 2–4 years in programme coordination/events/operations
  • Strong organisation, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Willingness to travel between Lagos and Ibadan
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace & project tools
  • Passion for growth and social impact
  • Experience in the nonprofit or cultural/education sector (Preferred)
  • Community/event coordination experience (Preferred)
  • Interest in Nigerian cultural and indigenous knowledge systems (Preferred)
