Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate organizational performance to ensure training meets business needs.
- Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on organizations goals.
- Identify the training needs of the organization through job analysis, consultation with management and further implementation of this needs.
- Keep abreast of training trends, developments and practices.
- Continually drive brand value through all training and development activities
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in training and other related fields
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills.
- Good track record in developing and executing successful training programs.
- Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools
