The Graduate Consultant will support the consulting team in delivering client-focused solutions across various projects. The role involves research, analysis, digital product support, client engagement, project coordination, business development assistance, and operational support.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Digital Product Expertise & Client Support: Develop a strong understanding of the firm’s digital solutions and SaaS platforms. Assist clients with basic platform usage, participate in product demos, and escalate support cases where necessary. Document product feedback to aid continuous improvement and contribute to client onboarding activities.
- Sales Pipeline & Business Development Research: Assist in tracking referrals, managing leads, and updating sales pipeline documents. Conduct detailed research on industries, competitors, and potential clients. Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and business development materials that align with client needs and market trends.
- Client Needs Analysis & Solution Design: Participate in client meetings to gather and document business requirements. Support the development of tailored solutions, frameworks, and strategic presentations. Ensure all client-facing documents are clear, accurate, and aligned with project objectives.
- Project Support & Implementation: Provide support in the planning, coordination, and execution of consulting projects. Prepare reports, trackers, documentation, and follow-up actions. Assist in facilitating client workshops, trainings, and engagement sessions while ensuring deliverables meet required quality standards.
- Operational Assistance & Professional Development: Provide administrative support, including documentation, scheduling, and internal coordination. Maintain accurate records, improve internal processes, and support day-to-day operations. Actively participate in training programs, mentorship sessions, and continuous skill development.
