Job Description/Requirements
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HR outsourcing space.
- Actively pursue and secure new outsourcing contracts and placements.
- Promote and sell the company’s other HR products and services to both existing and prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client retention.
- Achieve and exceed assigned business and financial targets.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, performance, and market trends.
- Represent the company at client meetings, networking sessions, and industry events.
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resource management, marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in business development, client management, or HR outsourcing
- Smart, energetic, and self-motivated.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed business targets.
