Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging, practical training sessions in computer science and broader technology skills. This includes web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), digital literacy, foundational programming, and exposure to relevant tech tools.
- Preparing lesson plans, guiding students through real-world projects, mentoring learners, and supporting Qavaa Innovate’s outreach programs.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess strong technical knowledge
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for young learners.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field with 1–3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Basic backend development knowledge (Node.js, PHP, or similar)
- Ability to teach digital literacy and core technology tools
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with Git/version control is an advantage
