Lead the development, implementation, and continuous review of the organization’s strategic plan, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision, mission, and long-term objectives.
Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership by providing data-driven insights and analytical support to guide executive decision-making.
Lead a culture of accountability, innovation, continuous improvement, and performance excellence across the organization.
Translate corporate strategy into actionable initiatives, measurable goals, and implementation roadmaps, and drive execution by coordinating cross-functional teams.
Develop, implement, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), corporate performance scorecards, and strategic tracking systems.
Lead business process improvement and organizational transformation initiatives, ensuring effective change management and stakeholder engagement.
Conduct market research, industry analysis, competitor benchmarking, and environmental scanning to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
Evaluate new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, market expansion initiatives, and investment opportunities, developing business cases and feasibility studies.
Collaborate with department heads to align departmental objectives, budgets, and operational plans with the organization’s strategic priorities.
Support annual business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation processes.
Identify strategic and operational risks and develop mitigation strategies while establishing governance structures for strategic initiatives.
Prepare executive dashboards, performance reports, and strategic updates, providing written reports via email and written formats for senior management and the Board.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, regulators, and investors
Requirements
Must have at least 10 years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, business analysis, and corporate planning, including experience leading cross-functional projects.
Must possess a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (additional certifications like PgMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are a strong advantage).
Preferred industry background in Tech, consulting, legal technology, or professional services.
Strong understanding of business and commercial acumen, corporate governance, strategy frameworks, performance management (KPIs/OKRs), risk assessment, and business process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma).
Tech-savvy with proficiency in tools and software including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Project Management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Jira), Power BI/Tableau, ERP/CRM systems, and AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini).
Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and leadership skills, with the ability to lead change, inspire teams, deliver executive presentations, and build relationships across all levels.
