Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Own the product roadmap and lifecycle for our E-Banking App and Card Dispensing Solutions
- Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable product features
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and Business teams to deliver innovative solutions
- Drive product enhancements, customer experience, and digital adoption
- Monitor product performance using KPIs and customer insights
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, CBN Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements, and industry best practices
- Manage product releases, testing, and stakeholder communication
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management within Banking or FinTech
- Proven experience managing an E-Banking/Mobile Banking application
- Hands-on experience with Card Issuing, Card Dispensing, ATM, or Payment Card Solutions
- Strong understanding of digital banking, payment systems, and financial technology
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is highly desirable
- A track record of delivering high-impact digital banking products
- Strong knowledge of payment ecosystems, switching, and card management platforms
Remuneration: NGN 1,500,000 Monthly
