We're hiring one of our first engineers to help build the core of the Proof of Position product end to end. You'll work directly with the founder on features that ship to real users every week — from candidate profiles and verification flows to the employer hiring tools.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Build full-stack features across the web app using Next.js, TypeScript, and React.
- Design and evolve the PostgreSQL data model and server-side logic.
- Own features from idea to production — you'll write it, ship it, and watch how users respond.
- Keep the codebase clean, typed, and secure as we scale.
Requirements:
- 4+ years building production web applications.
- Strong TypeScript and modern React (hooks, server components a plus).
- Comfortable with SQL and relational data modelling.
- Product mindset — you care about the user experience, not just the code.
- TypeScript. JavaScript, React, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Tailwind CSS
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience with Next.js App Router, Supabase, or Tailwind CSS.
- Early-stage / startup experience.
