Job Summary

Strategic Business Analysts identify a business' needs and develop plans that determine the direction a company can take to actualize its goals. They gather, review, and test data and apply many measures to provide solutions to critical business issues and decisions. He/She relies on data to solve everyday business problems.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage insights to define, recommend, and /or co-create strategic solutions for clients.
  • Help identify strategies to grow the programmatic business, then provide key support on growth initiatives operationally across sales, marketing, and sales ops.
  • Provide actionable insights and modeling to improve strategy and performance.
  • Develop dashboards, executive summaries, and weekly/monthly reports to measure against KPIs and market dynamics.
  • Serve as subject matter expert (resource) to staff and stakeholders on growth and operational strategy issues.
  • Identify potential business issues and develop contingency plans to effectively mitigate risks.
  • Develop business-specific market, product, and customer knowledge to better serve the needs of customers.
  • Work closely with department teammates to assist in evaluating, implementing, and monitoring progress on key development opportunities.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
  • Evaluating the performance of project teams to ensure that targets and deadlines are met.
  • Drive product launches including working with the public relations team, executives, and other product management team members
  • Identifying and addressing operational, financial, and technological risks within the business.
  • Maintaining, testing, and improving business and systems operations.
  • Supervising the design of new products and evaluating how these will perform on the market.


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any related discipline 
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven work experience in the construction industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and people skills
  • Proficiency in using collaboration and productivity tools
