Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Store Keeper (Tech Savvy) to manage and oversee our inventory and stock levels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring efficient inventory management, and coordinating with procurement and operations teams.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming stock and materials.
- Maintain proper inventory levels and reorder stock as needed.
- Use inventory management software (QuickBooks, Excel, etc.) to track and update stock records.
- Issue materials and products as per company procedures.
- Perform regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of items.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store area.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for timely deliveries and dispatches.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in inventory management or logistics is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience as a Store Keeper or similar role.
- Proficiency in inventory management software, especially QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to lift and move moderately heavy items.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
