Job summary
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with strong full-stack development experience to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software projects. The ideal candidate combines project management expertise with hands-on technical knowledge, enabling them to effectively coordinate engineering teams, make informed technical decisions

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee software development projects from start to completion.
- Work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.
- Coordinate and manage the daily activities of the development team.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical tasks for the development team.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve issues quickly.
- Participate in technical discussions and support architectural decisions.
- Review code, provide technical guidance, and support the team when needed.
- Facilitate Agile processes such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Communicate project updates and technical progress to stakeholders and management.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSC
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
