Job Description/Requirements
- Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others).
- Respond to comments, DMs, and audience enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Create engaging written, visual, and video content tailored to each social media channel.
- Use Meta Business Suite to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and track performance.
- Design digital banners, posters, flyers, and promotional graphics using Canva or similar tools.
- Develop a consistent posting calendar, ensuring timely and relevant content across platforms.
- Monitor platform insights and analytics to measure performance & recommend improvement
- Set up and manage paid advertising campaigns for brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
- Conduct basic audience targeting, budgeting, and post-promotion optimization.
- Monitor ad results and prepare weekly or monthly performance reports.
- Work with the team to create banners for social media campaigns, events, agent training, open days, and marketing promotions.
- Assist with email marketing content when required.
- Support the marketing team in planning and executing promotional events.
- Carry out any other marketing-related duties assigned.
- Monitor platform insights and analytics to measure performance and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a B.Sc. qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Ability to use Meta Business Suite confidently for post-scheduling and ad promotion.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook & Instagram management.
- Good design skills using Canva or related design software.
- Creativity and strong attention to detail
- Ability to create simple, engaging, and professional content.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Must be proactive and able to design high-quality digital banners and marketing materials that align with the company’s brand identity
