Job Summary

We’re seeking a proactive and engaging Social Media & Customer Service Representative to manage our online presence and deliver excellent customer support. The ideal candidate will create engaging content, respond to customer inquiries, and help grow our brand’s community across digital platforms.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update company social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create, schedule, and post engaging content that aligns with the brand’s image.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages, comments, and inquiries.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback with empathy and problem-solving skills.
  • Monitor social media trends and recommend strategies to boost engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions.
  • Prepare weekly reports on engagement, reach, and customer satisfaction.



Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management or customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  • Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Basic design or content creation skills are a plus.
