Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update company social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and post engaging content that aligns with the brand’s image.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages, comments, and inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor social media trends and recommend strategies to boost engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions.
- Prepare weekly reports on engagement, reach, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management or customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented attitude.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Basic design or content creation skills are a plus.
