Role Description
The senior litigation and compliance associate will work collaboratively with a team of lawyers to provide comprehensive legal solutions, draft and review legal documents, conduct legal research, and represent clients in legal proceedings.
Qualifications
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
- Expertise in Litigation and ADR
- Effective verbal and written communication, with client engagement expertise
- At least 5 years experience in Property Law, Corporate Litigation, compliance, and Contract Negotiations
- Ability to manage multiple legal cases and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in teamwork, problem-solving, and maintaining client satisfaction
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); relevant professional certifications are an advantage
- Familiarity with business practices and legal regulations in Nigeria and beyond.
