Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Litigation, Court Appearances with minimum/no supervision across all hierarchies of courts.
- Accurate Legal Advice.
- Legal Research & Strategy.
- Legal Drafting, Conveyancing & Perfection of Title.
- Mediation, ADR & Case Management.
- Asset/Property & Real Estate Management.
- IP Protection (TM, Copyright, Design Registration, Renewals & Protection).
- FHR (Human Rights Advocacy & Protection).
- General Legal Practice.
Requirements:
- LL.B(2.1-1st Class), BL(2.1-1st Class); PGD/LLM is a rewardable advantage.
- 1-2 years of similar post-qualification experience in a reputable law firm.
- Resident in Lagos.
- Membership of the NBA before/upon resumption of duty.
