The In-House Counsel provides legal advice and support on all legal, regulatory, and compliance matters affecting the hotel's operations. The role ensures the company complies with applicable laws, minimizes legal risks, protects the hotel's interests, manages contracts and disputes, and supports management in making legally sound business decision

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice to management on corporate, commercial, and operational matters.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, including employment, vendor, service, lease, and partnership agreements.
- Ensure compliance with hospitality, labour, corporate, tax, health and safety, and other applicable laws.
- Advise on employment matters, disciplinary issues, grievances, and workplace disputes.
- Manage legal disputes, litigation, and liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities.
- Review and update company policies to ensure legal compliance.
- Advise on guest complaints, liability claims, insurance matters, and risk management.
- Protect the company's legal interests in property, licensing, and regulatory matters.
- Conduct legal compliance training and provide legal guidance to all departments.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of a BSc
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
