The Schools & Outreach Officer will be responsible for physically visiting schools and education centers, delivering study abroad presentations, and building long-term partnerships that lead to student enquiries and applications. Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Visit secondary schools, sixth-form colleges, universities, and tutorial centers within assigned locations
- Build and maintain relationships with school administrators, principals, guidance counselors, and teachers
- Organize and deliver study abroad presentations, career talks, and information sessions
- Represent the forwarding at education fairs, exhibitions, CDS, and outreach events
- Generate and submit student leads from school visits and events
- Collaborate with the Enquiries & Admissions Officer to ensure proper follow-up on leads
- Maintain a database of visited schools, contacts, and outreach activities
- Submit weekly outreach and lead generation reports
- Make applications and follow-up on assigned leads
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND/BSc in any discipline
- 1–3 years experience in field sales, marketing, outreach, or community engagement roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confidence speaking to groups and school authorities
- Willingness to travel locally and work outside the office
- Ability to meet outreach and lead generation targets
- Good organizational and reporting skills
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Experience working with schools, NGOs, youth organizations, or education-related projects
- Public speaking, training, or presentation experience
- Previous experience in education consulting or study abroad services
