We're seeking a dynamic relationship-builder to coordinate programmes, strengthen partnerships, and accelerate community impact across Cross River State, Calabar. The role is responsible for promoting and coordinating Alpha Courses, supporting partner organizations, developing volunteers, organizing training and outreach activities, and ensuring effective programme delivery. The successful candidate will be a proactive relationship-builder with a passion for community transformation, stakeholder engagement, and equipping others to create lasting impact.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with churches, ministries, and community organizations.
- Promote, coordinate, and support the delivery of Alpha Courses and related initiatives.
- Organize training sessions, workshops, outreach programmes, and volunteer engagement activities.
- Provide guidance and ongoing support to partner organizations implementing Alpha.
- Monitor programme performance, track key metrics, and prepare periodic reports.
- Identify opportunities for regional growth and increased programme participation.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and strengthen relationships with key partners.
- Represent the organization at meetings, events, and networking opportunities as required.
Requirements:
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
- Experience in programme coordination, community engagement, or ministry leadership.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and achieve targets.
- Passion for leadership development, community transformation, and faith-based initiatives.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
