- Highly organised and proactive professional who can translate programme ideas into structured implementation plans.
- Coordinate teams and stakeholders.
- Track deliverables, identify challenges, and ensure that programmes are delivered effectively.
- Alignment with AVHF's mission and strategic priorities.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in programme coordination, nonprofit management, project management, or community development.
- Experience in programme design, implementation, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and grant writing.
- Strong organisational, communication, and monitoring and evaluation skills.
