Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide academic, career, social, and emotional guidance to students.
- Support students’ wellbeing and address behavioral and personal concerns.
- Provide counseling and appropriate support to students facing challenges.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and school management.
- Collaborate with parents and teachers to monitor and support students’ progress.
- Identify students’ needs and recommend appropriate interventions or support.
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate records of student counseling sessions, concerns, and progress.
- Help students develop positive behaviors, confidence, and decision-making skills.
- Organize and participate in student development, guidance, and wellbeing programmes.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience
- A minimum of a degree in a related field
