Job Summary
We are Food & Polyethylene Processing Company located in Enugu. We are looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor to oversee the work of retail or non-retail sales employees. The sales supervisor may also perform some tasks of a manager, such as purchasing, accounting and budgeting, shipping of goods, arrange displays & help customers/staff.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage workflow.
- Create and manage team schedules.
- Report to senior management.
- Evaluate performance and provide feedback.
- Identify business opportunities for exploitation.
- Help to resolve employee issues and disputes.
- Supervise and coordinate sales staff.
- Assign duties to sales workers and prepare work schedules.
- Sell merchandise to customers.
- Resolve problems
that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of HND/BSc. in Marketing, Business administration & other related disciplines
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Supervisor
- Deep knowledge of Sales
- Good understanding of the Market.
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.
- Experience in reporting on key marketing metrics.
- Proficient in MS Office suite.
- Outstanding communication ability
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
