- At MetricWoods, Sales and Marketing are tightly aligned. As such, we are looking for a very capable Sales and Marketing Operations Manager that will support both organisations to keep us aligned and grow our business. As a Sales and Marketing Operations Manager, you will work to create scalable processes that ensure best practices in pipeline reporting and analysis, demand generation programs, and database management in a B2B environment. You will be working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once.
- Build client relationships with existing/prospective clients and creatively work together
- Serve as wholesale liaison between existing/prospective clients
- New B2B Leads Generation
- Work with sales team as well as cross-functionally with marketing and product to create and maintain healthy relationships with prospective and current clients.
- Develop, implement, communicate and administer sales incentive programs, plans, policies and quotas
- Analyze sales performance results; prepare analysis reports, presentations and recommendations for sales management on sales performance.
- Define and optimize changes in our sales process and workflow for efficiency, accuracy, and user experience
Skills & Qualifications
- College Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- 1 - 2 years prior experience in Sales, Sales Operations, or Wholesale Planning
- Cold calling experience
- Background in sales with first-hand experience managing and closing deals with a long sales cycle
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Apps.
