Job Summary

The primary job of the FPG Account Manager is to grow FPG’s marketshare and mindshare in his or her assigned accounts or market verticals through excellent customer relationship management, FPG Solutions knowledge and the demonstration of personal flexibility, leadership, integrity, go-beyond attitude, simplicity and synergy with other units. The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our solutions & Services. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face. As an Account Manager, you will contribute to organization’s success through planning, budgeting, and overseeing different initiatives or projects of a business. Monitors the progress and completion of assigned projects and ensures that they meet the expectations of the clients.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Sell FPG solutions and services in all accounts assigned by having maximum face time with customers and with the use of a proper call plan.
  • Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
  • Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
  • Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts


Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in any of the following fields: Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Electrical Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or closely related fields.
  • Possession of relevant IT certifications is also a plus.
  • A minimum of 3 - 4 years’ experience as a Technology Sales personnel/Account Management in the IT Solutions and Services sector.
  • Must possess 2 years proven record of accomplishment, selling Enterprise IT Security, Cloud, Infrastructure & Mobility Solutions in Nigeria.
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
