Responsibilities:

- Needs Analysis: Conducting needs analysis of existing and potential customers to provide appropriate solutions.
- Cold Calling:Reaching out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Problem Resolution: Expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Sales Targets: Achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the specified schedule.
- Collaboration: Coordinating sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Market Analysis:Analyzing the territory/market’s potential, tracking sales, and providing reports on customer needs, interests, and competitive activities.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- OND or higher
