The Sales/Marketing manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth, increase market share, brand recognition and achieve revenue targets.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing strategies and campaign to promote the organization services and awareness to prospects.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences and trends in the Nigerian Real Estate market.
- Plan and coordinate marketing/sales events to generate leads and drive sales.
- Execute and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, prints and social media.
- Work with the CE to Design SMART Sales Strategies
- Achieve specified revenue and customer targets.
- Prepare sales report and presentation for management review.
- Manage sales and marketing budget.
- Address customer inquiries and feedback in timely and professional manner.Â

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or a relate field.
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in sales and marketing in Real Estate sector, with a track record of achieving sales target.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies and technology
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suit. (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong leadership and management skills.
Location: Lekki, Lagos.       Â
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 – 200,000
