We are currently seeking a Sales Force Administrator to join our dynamic team in the Information Technology and Services industry. Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into Sales Force capabilities and enhancements.
  • Administer and configure the Sales Force platform, including creating and modifying custom objects, fields, and workflows.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to provide real-time insights into sales performance and leverage data for informed strategic decision-making.
  • Manage user setup, profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure a secure and streamlined access structure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Sales Force issues reported by users in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Conduct regular data audits to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
  • Stay up-to-date with new features and functionalities of Salesforce and proactively recommend system improvements and best practices.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform functionalities, including sales cloud, service cloud, and marketing cloud.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization, including creating custom objects, fields, and workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on user adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience with data management and data governance best practices.
  • Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning development is a plus.
  • Knowledge of integration tools like MuleSoft or Informatica is a plus.
