Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones
- Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals, etc
- Appraise the wishes and demands of business or individual customers and sell suitable protection plans
- Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales, and terms and keep relative records
- Fulfill all company-established policy obligations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience preferably from the insurance industry or related field.
- Minimum of HND/B.Sc in any discipline
- Ability to identify potential buyers and render quality service based on customers' needs.
- Ability to work with sales targets given in a particular month by doing so such a person would receive additional cash reward and recognition for promotion.
- Must possess a good customer relationship and network with individuals and other important stakeholders.
