Job Description/Requirements
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively generate new customer leads through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business
- Achieving the monthly sales targets for various products and services
- Cross-sell products and services
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement
- Resolve customer queries/issues and facilitate customer service
- Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity reports and calls/follow-ups made
- Negotiate/close deals
- Collaborate with the team to achieve better results.
- Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- Proven work experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
- Two (2) years experience in B2B sales
- Knowledge of MS Office mainly for reporting and documentation
- Knowledge of CRM or sales management software is an added advantage
- Highly motivated and target is driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent negotiation, communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
