Responsibilities:
- Supervise branch/store operations in assigned locations
- Monitor daily sales performance and set weekly/monthly targets
- Ensure proper stock management and prevent product loss
- Recruit, supervise, and evaluate sales representatives
- Enforce company policies and operational procedures
- Submit weekly performance reports to management
- Resolve customer complaints professionally
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and brand representation
Requirements:
- HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail or cosmetic management
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Location: Trade Fair & Balogun, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 250,000
