Job Duties:


  • Implement strategies to maximizing sales
  • Co-ordinate field sales representatives
  • Ensure sales targets are met
  • Keep abreast of competitors products and actions
  • Constantly sourcing and identifying business opportunities
  • Business Development
  • Implement Marketing strategies in line with company

Objectives

  • Sales Reports to Management
  • Coordinating Market research
  • Liaison with Branch Managers and Supervisors
  • Training and developing the sales team
  • Planning of daily sales activities
  • Identify opportunities for improvements and recommendations
  • Motivating and encouraging sales staff
