Job Summary
We are looking for a self-driven, enthusiastic and extroverted Telesales Officer to contribute to generating sales for a client's company. The candidate will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
That effective telesales officer must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills and must be comfortable in presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts and will be able to also do the following;
- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering,
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs,
- Offer solutions based on clients’ needs and capabilities,
- Strive towards meeting sales quota,
- Track and document calls and sales,
- Prepare and present achievements and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a bachelor’s degree,
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience as Telesales representative or similar customer service or sales role,
- Hand on experience with sales tools such as CRM software,
- Ability and willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits,
- Must be patient and have friendly personality,
- A good team player and possess great time-management skills,
- Possess negotiation skills.
