Job summary
We are seeking a target-driven Sales Manager to lead sales operations, drive sales growth, and manage high-performing sales teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting sales targets, expanding market presence, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies within assigned locations.

Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance by achieving and exceeding assigned targets consistently.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate Sales Agents to ensure high productivity and performance.
- Manage assigned sales locations/outlets, ensuring strong relationships with partners.
- Execute sales strategies and initiatives to increase market penetration.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities and performance metrics.
- Provide regular coaching, guidance, and on-the-field support to Sales Agents.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage within the assigned territory.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new Sales Agents.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor team activities and customer engagement.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- HND/Bcs in related fields.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience as a sales manager, preferably in the BNPL industry, Insurance, etc.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. * Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of drive, resilience, and result orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
