Job summary
The project manager provides overall leadership and management of road and earthworks construction projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, quality standards, and timelines. The role serves as the primary liaison between the client, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.

Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of road/earthworks projects.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Serve as the main client representative and stakeholder contact.
- Oversee daily construction activities and production performance.
- Review and approve work programs, method statements, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and subcontractors.
- Conduct progress meetings and performance reviews.
- Ensure timely project reporting and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10+ years of construction experience (road/earthworks preferred).
- Strong leadership and contract management skills.
- Professional certification or COREN registration is an advantage.
Remuneration: NGN 1.5Million Monthly
