Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to join our workforce to increase the market share of the business and increase business revenue. The Sales Manager will maintain existing businesses with current clients, grow business relationships with current clients and bring in new clients for the business.

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree

  • Experience Length: 4 years

Job Description/Requirements

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategies that lead to revenue generation for the business.

  • Meet monthly sales targets as laid out by the CEO

  • Develop, expand and manage existing and future sales channels.

  • Develop strategies to build and push the brand to become known and well patronized.

  • Develop business strategies to improve customer service, drive sales, grow existing customer base and increase profitability

  • Maintain high store standards and conditions and foster a positive environment.

  • Effectively utilize social media to drive sales and brand awareness

  • Ensure high level customer satisfaction through excellent service

  • Ensure customer’s needs are met, complaints are resolved and service is quick and efficient.

  • The manager must ensure that sufficient inventory is available at all times to avoid being “out of stock”

  • Propose innovative ideas to increase market share

  • Scouting for and attending events and fairs that would enhance business visibility and add value to the business.

  • Gives updates to CEO about the business through periodic report.

Educational Qualification: First Degree in any social science discipline or the equivalent

Experience: Experience as a Sales Manager in any fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG)/ Project manager in the food industry is REQUIRED.
