Ensure customer’s needs are met, complaints are resolved and service is quick and efficient.
The manager must ensure that sufficient inventory is available at all times to avoid being “out of stock”
Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
Scouting for and attending events and fairs that would enhance business visibility and add value to the business.
Gives updates to CEO about the business through periodic report.

Educational Qualification: First Degree in any social science discipline or the equivalent
Experience: Experience as a Sales Manager in any fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG)/ Project manager in the food industry is REQUIRED.
