Job Summary

We’re looking for highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Manager who will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of insurance sales agents to achieve sales targets. The Insurance Sales Manager will be required to develop and implement sales strategies, monitor sales performance, and provide support and guidance to sales agents.

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the internal and/or external sales strategy and processes to maximize the organization’s profit potential
  • Promote the organization’s products and services to new and current clients
  • Ensure all clients are satisfied and that the quality of the services they provide meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Liaise with clients on regular bases to understand their needs, resolve client complaints and issues, develop new business, and to provide value
  • Review current and prospective clients accounts to identify business opportunities, analyze opportunities, and promote sales growth
  • Guiding the company’s sales efforts and resolving complex insurance issues
  • Provide reports, presentations, and recommendations on market trends, customer trends, and competitors actions
  • Handle internal and client inquiries and complaints
  • Research and develop new sales opportunities or new markets
  • Provide clients with comprehensive insurance plans
  • Gain an understanding of clients insurance-related needs


Requirements/Skills
:

  • BSc. or HND in a relevant field of study and at least 3 years cognate experience in Insurance Sales/Marketing with proven track record of good salesmanship
  • Can put up a sales team of 4 marketers within a month of resumption
  • Excellent understanding of insurance products and markets
  • CIIN Certification and NAICOM License, added advantage
  • Highly motivated and ability to effectively communicate with customers
  • Understands business challenges


Remuneration: NGN 125,000 -  225,000 based on team performance
