HIRING – Sales Executive (Digital Media Agency)

Location: Lagos (Island)

Work Schedule: Hybrid

About the Company: Our client is a fast-growing digital marketing agency with solid expertise working with diverse brands and industries in Africa.


Job Objective: The client is looking to hire a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to join its growing team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in sales, client relationship management, and target achievement. S/he will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new clients across assigned markets.
  • Present and promote products/services to potential customers using solid sales arguments.
  • Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales and repeat business.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
  • Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and networking activities.
  • Provide accurate reports on sales performance and pipeline updates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace.
  • A positive attitude with a passion for building customer relationships.
