Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion: Proactively follow up on warm leads and inquiries to convert them into paying customers.
- Consultative Selling: Clearly explain product value propositions and tailor solutions to meet customer needs via phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage a high volume of daily inquiries, ensuring no lead "goes cold."
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales status.
Requirements:
- Location Strategy: You must live in Surulere or the immediate surrounding area.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (especially via WhatsApp and phone).
- Persuasion & Grit: A proven ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close deals with confidence.
- Self-Driven Mindset: Highly motivated by targets and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using smartphones, social media, and messaging apps for business.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: NGN 70,000 per month.
