Job summary

The Sales Closer is responsible for converting qualified leads into successful product purchases by providing expert guidance, persuasive communication, and tailored solutions to customer skincare needs. This role requires strong product knowledge, exceptional closing skills, and the ability to build trust with customers through consistent engagement, follow-up, and personalized consultations. The Sales Closer will manage inbound and outbound leads generated from multiple channels such as social media, WhatsApp, walk-ins, website enquiries, referrals, and offline activations. The individual must understand the brand’s product offerings, skin concerns, treatment cycles, and recommended usage plans in order to deliver accurate recommendations that drive conversions and increase revenue

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Engage qualified leads through calls, messages, or meetings to present company products and services.
  • Convert prospects into paying customers by closing sales within approved pricing and terms.
  • Clearly explain product benefits, pricing, delivery timelines, and payment processes to customers.
  • Handle objections professionally and provide accurate responses to support purchase decisions.
  • Ensure timely payment confirmation and proper documentation of closed deals.
  • Accurately update CRM or sales tracking tools with customer interactions and outcomes.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and conversion rate benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Follow up on pending or undecided prospects to drive closure.
  • Maintain professional conduct and represent the company positively in all customer engagements.
  • Adhere strictly to company sales policies, compliance requirements, and ethical standards.
  • Provide feedback on customer objections, market trends, and competitor activity to management.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of HND in any related field
  • 1 year of experience in sales 
  • Experience with skincare products is an added advantage


Remuneration: NGN 120,000 Monthly

Note: Commission upward of 200k to 400k monthly

Commensurate with closing skills


Note: All interested applicant must reside within Jabi, Wuse, Wuye, Lugbe, Utako, Central Area , and axis closer to  (Utako and Jabi)
