Job Summary
We’re looking for a dynamic Sales and Support Engineer to join our team! If you’re passionate about CCTV surveillance systems, solar energy solutions, and love blending technical expertise with customer engagement, this role is for you. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, designing and implementing technical solutions, and ensuring clients receive the best service experience from inquiry to installation.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the CCTV and solar energy markets.
- Conduct site surveys, design system layouts, and prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Provide technical consultation and recommendations to clients.
- Prepare and present detailed sales proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Supervise installations, provide on-site support, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Collaborate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and products in the solar and surveillance industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in technical sales, installation, or support of CCTV and/or solar systems.
- Strong knowledge of inverters, batteries, solar panels, charge controllers, and CCTV systems (IP, NVR/DVR, access control).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic solar design or electrical drafting tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Valid driver’s license (added advantage).
- Solar PV Installation Certification (SON, REA, or equivalent) is an advantage
- CCTV Installation or Networking Certification is an advantage
- HSE or Project Management Certification will be preferred
Performance Indicators:
- Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Customer satisfaction and project completion rates.
- Response and resolution time for technical issues.
- Quality of project documentation and reporting.
