Job Description/Requirements
- Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales goals and revenue growth. This also involves identifying new market opportunities and target markets.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, manage, and mentor the sales team. Monitor performance, provide coaching, and set sales targets for the team.
- Sales Management: Oversee all sales activities, manage the sales pipeline, and work with agents to close deals by showcasing properties, negotiating terms, and preparing contracts.
- Marketing management: Plan and execute both digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, email, print advertising, and events. This includes analysing the performance of these campaigns and adjusting as needed.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand trends, identify new business opportunities, and analyse competitor activity.
- Client and Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other industry professionals.
- Reporting: Prepare and analyse sales reports and forecasts, and provide regular updates to management on sales and marketing ROI.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with real estate regulations and ethical standards.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong leadership, management, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- A degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is often required.
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 - 300,000
