Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Safety Supervisor to oversee site safety, ensure compliance with regulations, and promote a safe working environment on building and construction projects in Port Harcourt.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor safety policies and procedures on construction sites.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Organize safety training sessions for site workers.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety standards.
- Investigate incidents and prepare detailed safety reports.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers on safety planning.
Requirements:
- B.Sc./HND in Safety Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years’ experience as a Safety Supervisor in construction.
- Certification in NEBOSH is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, ISO, or relevant safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to train and motivate site staff on safety procedures.
