Architect

• Create architectural and detailed technical drawings for door models and related fittings.
• Develop innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing door designs that reflect the company’s brand standards.
• Translate client requirements into practical design solutions suitable for production.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are technically feasible and cost-effective.
• Supervise installations or factory production to ensure design accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Prepare 3D renderings and presentation drawings for client approval.
• Maintain an updated library of materials, finishes, and hardware designs.
• Ensure all designs comply with industry safety and structural standards.
• Conduct periodic site inspections to verify design compliance during fabrication and assembly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognised institution.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in architectural design, preferably in metal or product-based manufacturing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and CorelDRAW (or similar 3D modelling software).
• Strong knowledge of materials used in metal, wood, and glass fabrication.
• Excellent spatial visualisation and detailing skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities to liaise with engineers, technicians, and clients.
• High attention to detail, creativity, and time management.
• Must reside within or around Ikota, Ajah, Lekki, or nearby areas for ease of commute.

Remuneration: NGN 180,000 and above (commensurate with experience).

Working Hours: 8 AM – 6 PM, Mondays to Saturdays (alternate Saturdays off).

Location: Ikota, Lekki Expressway, Lagos.
