Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Workforce Compliance Officer to ensure that all workforce operations, documentation, and HR processes comply with company policies, employment laws, client requirements, and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will monitor workforce activities, verify compliance records, and support a

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure full compliance with labour laws, company policies, and client workforce requirements.
  • Maintain accurate employee compliance files, including IDs, certifications, onboarding documents, and medicals.
  • Track contract renewals, license updates, certifications, and expirations for all staff.
  • Conduct routine compliance checks across sites or departments.
  • Prepare compliance reports and submit them to management and client representatives.
  • Support audits internal, external, and client-initiated.
  • Monitor attendance, deployment, and workforce activities to ensure adherence to regulations.
  • Liaise with HR, Operations, and Clients to resolve compliance gaps or documentation issues.
  • Train employees on compliance policies and regulatory expectations.
  • Flag risks, discrepancies, or violations and recommend corrective actions.


Requirements:

  • Degree/HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR compliance, workforce management, or regulatory roles.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR processes, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent documentation, reporting, and auditing skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
