Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, store, and dispense RS-Crude and ENA in line with approved handling procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Conduct routine stock counts and report inventory discrepancies, shortages, or damages.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of products to maintain quality and prevent contamination.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Comply with all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards relating to hazardous and flammable materials.
- Report and assist in the management of spills, leaks, and safety incidents.
- Prepare dispatch documentation and maintain accurate warehouse records.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or HND in any related discipline.
- 2–3 years' experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or FMCG/manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, and safety procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills.
