Research Analyst (NYSC)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct primary and secondary research to gather relevant data on market trends, HR practices, and industry benchmarks.
• Analyze data using quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
• Create clear, concise reports and presentations to communicate findings to internal teams and clients effectively.
• Collaborate with consultants and other team members to develop actionable recommendations based on research findings.
• Assist in developing and refining research tools, methodologies, and processes to improve the efficiency and quality of our research efforts.
• Stay informed about industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends in HR management.
• Participate in client meetings and workshops to support project delivery as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw insights from complex data.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present research findings clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Passion for learning and staying informed about the latest trends in HR management and organizational development.
