Regional Solutions Manager – Infrastructure

We're looking for an experienced Regional Solutions Manager – Infrastructure to lead our Infrastructure Line of Business. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, leading pre-sales engagements, managing a high-performing engineering team, and ensuring successful delivery of enterprise infrastructure solutions.
You'll work closely with Sales, OEM partners, and clients to develop winning solution strategies while owning the commercial success of the infrastructure portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Infrastructure business line, driving revenue, profitability, and growth.
- Lead infrastructure pre-sales activities, including solution design, proposals, client presentations, and POCs.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to develop winning account strategies.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Infrastructure Engineering team.
- Build strong relationships with OEM partners including Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, VMware, and Fortinet.
- Oversee project delivery, client satisfaction, and service quality.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client accounts.
- Monitor business performance through pipeline, revenue, and utilization reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7–10 years' experience in enterprise infrastructure, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or pre-sales management role.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams and managing enterprise infrastructure projects.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience driving solution sales and customer engagement.
- Professional certifications in AWS, Azure, Cisco, VMware, Red Hat, or related technologies are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
