Reporting Line: Managing Director
Managing a team of Super Agents and Area Managers ensuring the team is properly structured, motivated and performing to deliver on company set targets.
Drive new Agent and Super-Agent acquisition. Implement new agent/ customer acquisition strategies and manage existing agent relationship.
Delivering growth, ensuring pro-active turn around plans leveraging on the power of the marketplace, bringing direction, feedback and support to the whole commercial team
Understanding all your market segments, agent network and customers, bringing valuable insights and convictions to support your data driven commercial recommendations.
Working seamlessly with all departments Finance, Marketing, HR, Online Operations and other stakeholders, enabling decision making, problem solving and ensuring laser focus execution.
Perform market research and analyse threats and opportunities to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.)
Track, measure, monitor and analyse commercial activities using key metrics (KPIs) and prepare reports for Senior Management
Manage and track expenditures, assist in setting financial targets/goals and budget development and monitoring.
Degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field.
3-5years proven experience in similar role
Ability to lead and motivate a high performance team
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills with creative problem-solving skills
Pro-active, entrepreneurial ‘can do’ attitude
Excellent analytical skills and comfort with numbers
Ability to multitask and close.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools
