Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Researching and identifying potential clients and markets to pursue.
• Developing and implementing strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry contacts.
• Generating leads and managing the sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Negotiating and closing deals, including contracts and agreements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Providing regular reports and updates on business development activities to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required; MBA preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in [industry].
